The new Ultima Ecoflex material is a non-PVC matt white printable front lit banner, recommended for both UV and Latex print in up to 500cm width.

The material is free of plasticisers and phthalates, as well as isocyanate containing brominate compounds.

Ultima Ecoflex is the new unique alternative for short term outdoor applications, where PVC is not permitted, with a lifespan of up to 6 months.

Several alternatives have been trialled over the years, but a PVC free banner that truly worked for the market could not be found. Until now.

The Ultima Ecoflex endures high wind loads due to its very high tear resistance and form stability. And the material's qualities enable easy processing, and reduced waste disposal costs after use.

It is like traditional PVC banners in terms of texture and printing quality. But using Ultima Ecoflex will enable you to continue to provide high-quality products to your clients, and due to its lightweight construction, it will reduce transport costs and thus reduce their carbon footprint.

Ultima Ecoflex is a 100% PVC free front lit material for short-term outdoor advertising for billboards, PoS, wall coverings and retail displays.

The light weight 270g fabric can be HF welded or sewn and is suitable for both UV and Latex printing. Ultima Ecoflex is also B1 fire rated, and available in widths up to 5 meters.
